These terms describe general conditions for access to Riyan AI websites and, where accepted during onboarding, Riyan AI Growth OS. Commercial orders, enterprise agreements, regional requirements or provider-specific terms may add to these conditions.

Authorized use

You may use the service only for accounts, workspaces and external systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials secure.

Seven-day trial

Core, Growth and Scale may be offered with a seven-day card-backed trial. The selected plan and its monthly price are shown before the trial starts. The subscription amount due when the trial begins is $0, although the payment processor may perform a card verification or temporary authorization. Unless you cancel before the stated trial end, the selected monthly subscription automatically begins and the processor charges the disclosed plan amount. You may also choose to activate the selected plan immediately, which ends the trial and starts paid billing at that time. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first subscription renewal charge. Enterprise is handled through a separate sales and commercial process.

Trial eligibility and misuse

Free-trial eligibility is limited and may be denied when RIYAN security controls indicate a prior trial or likely repeated trial creation. Trial eligibility controls do not prevent an otherwise eligible customer from purchasing a paid subscription. Attempts to evade trial limits, impersonate others, automate fake registrations or misuse payment instruments are prohibited.

Connected platforms

Third-party advertising, commerce, search and analytics services remain governed by their own terms, APIs, availability and review requirements. RIYAN does not control external provider outages, policy decisions or account eligibility.

AI-assisted features and trial controls

AI-assisted diagnoses and recommendations are decision-support features. Customer permissions, approval rules and system guardrails remain authoritative. During a trial, RIYAN may restrict consequential external-write actions, paid-media execution, publishing or other high-risk operations until a paid subscription is active.

Subscriptions, media spend and fees

Platform subscriptions are separate from third-party media spend and external-provider charges. AI Managed Media is billed according to the commercial terms disclosed before activation, including the approved percentage on actual reconciled managed spend and adjustments for invalid, refunded or reversed spend.

Payment handling

RIYAN uses a tokenized payment-processor boundary. Raw card PAN and CVV are not intended to be stored in RIYAN systems. Processor availability and payment-method eligibility remain subject to the processor and applicable law.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, misuse another workspace's information, evade provider policies or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

Features and integrations can depend on region, provider access, credentials and account eligibility. RIYAN may update the service for security, reliability, compliance or product improvements while respecting applicable contractual commitments.
